Westin 9th floor Queen bed one bedroom

Room on top like a pent-house with two
balconies and high ceilings. Actual pent - house is on
upper floor not above this unit.
Ownership is like fee
simple in as much as if you are not there the place is empty
if indeed you have not rented it. The week is number
2...and we have had very good weather and enjoyed each year
since it was built.
The ski's wait for you on the main floor
where they get handed to you and you walk 75 feet to the lifts
accessing all of Whistler; a 150 feet further and you access
the lift to all of Blackcomb. When you return they check
your ski's before you go up to your room. Hot tub,
heated pool, work out, great food all features of the Westin's
great service are yours.
Relax on living room balcony or bedroom
balcony, or enjoy the city.
Annual cost for property taxes etc less
than 600 US/ year. Parking and room services about 35
per day canadian dollars.
