Order Information.
All
equipment listed on this web site is in stock in the Durham,
Oregon warehouse. Please note, however, that inventory changes
daily and all items are subject to prior sale. All prices are
subject to change without notice. If additional details regarding
a piece of equipment are needed please call. The customer is
encouraged to schedule a visit and view the equipment if in the
area.

Warranty.
Equipment
is shipped “as is.” A 30-day operational warranty can be made
on certain equipment. This will not cover damage due to abuse or
misuse, or cosmetic repairs.
Every effort is made to insure that equipment is properly
represented prior to sale. In certain instances a customer may
wish to have a third party ( ie. a manufacturer’s field service
representative) inspect a piece of equipment. This expense would
be paid for by the customer directly.

Shipping.

In the
event of shipping damage, it is the customers responsibility to
file a claim with the shipper.

Crating.
At
the customers request, packing and crating for surface, air, or
ocean transport may be arranged. This service is through an
outside company and shall be prepaid and added to the invoice.

Payment in full prior to shipping (or apply for other terms)

Right of Return.
The
customer will have a ten day right of return on all products
unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.
In the event of a return, the customer will be responsible
to pay all shipping charges.
