(high mag lens)  Software oc4000 1.97 Jan 27,2000  installerd z axis, ved, xyz cnc, xyz steppers, auto focus, ved 2.  Used to evaluate proto not production.  Unused since stored 6/1/2000 (originally acquired 1997.  Last serviced 4/24/00 (new hard drive for scope mapping tool hard drive failure.) Nikon rep calibrated with new software 4/10/2000.  System reviewed recently by Nikon rep for full functionality and system appears in very good condition.
